Lehrstuhl für makroskopische und klinische Anatomie

In our courses, students of medicine and dentistry receive intensive instruction in macroscopic and clinical anatomy through lectures, seminars and internships. Teaching is oriented to practice and clinical settings.

Anatomie Lehre

Interaction: Teaching and research

Anatomy is a living discipline. Knowledge about our discipline undergoes constant expansion and transformation, which represents the basis of medical practice. Although imparting knowledge of the structure of the healthy body is one of the principles of our discipline, pathological changes, injuries and healing mechanisms also play an important role in teaching and research. The understanding of differences between individuals is also essential. Our preclinical and clinical teaching and our research are closely connected—more closely than in any other medical discipline.
